Sweet, I missed the Factions "sneak peak" event, so it'll be cool to check out this one. Won't miss it this time!
Gaile, is it possible to get the pre-order pack from the Guild Wars store?

Speaking of not-yet-mentioned projects... what is this "dragonesque" upcoming event of which you spoke in a different forum, if I may ask?

Positively. They won't be shipping out the hard product, I mean the package itself, but they will be sending out the access keys that entitle you to all the game-related goodies.

Im just hoping we get to take a look at the new skills and can try them out a month before gwen actually releases. As a PvP'r i'm pretty interested to see if gwen is going to have anything that will help the meta or not.
That would be nice. Just like factions/nightfall event.

I'd bet that we'll get to see a handful of skills, yes. This event is probably as much for us as it is for the skill balancers.

Heh, Gaile is on a roll today. I think it goes without saying that we as a community appreciate the quick responses to our questions. I'm really just looking forward to new content with GW:EN. As more information appears on the horizon, I hope you'll be there to share it with us...

So the only preview (that we have been told about) for GW:EN is an event we have to pay for ?

i'm pretty sure that the past sneak-peak weekends weren't part of the preorder..only the 24 hour advance was part of it.

So, this one is different.
Besides, if we get to keep all our drops, it's more of a "headstart" than a "sneak peak."

Now, hold on a bit and let's consider this. If I give you a release date for the release of the release date, I could get in biiig trouble!
However, between you and me, and I'm sure no one else is reading this whatsoever, you'll have that information very, very soon.

And since we are needing to use existing characters for GW:EN, I can see how a preview event will be difficult. But since we have to pay for this preview, I don't see it being useful to help people who are still undecided on GW:EN.
And whats the word on it being available in New Zealand ?

Are Australians going to miss out again? We always end up going to stores to get a preorder/prerelease pack and the staff have no idea what we are talking about (and this is from your exclusive Australian retailer).
